How it's stored
Form submissions go through Web3Forms straight to our inbox. We don't maintain a separate marketing database, and old enquiries are periodically cleared if no relationship or project is underway.
Website analytics
We use Cloudflare Analytics and Google Analytics for aggregate traffic. These don't collect personally identifiable information about you individually, just aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), you can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, just contact us.

We use AI-assisted tools as part of how we work. It's part of what lets us offer professional results at a small-business-friendly price.

AI tools help us put together the first baseline structure of a website. From there, every site is manually reviewed, customised and refined by hand, nothing goes live without a human doing the real work.

AI helps draft proposals and policy pages, including this one. The final version is always reviewed and edited by us, never shipped as pure AI output.
Client communication
Every email, call, and message you send us is read and answered by a human. AI never reads, drafts, or sends your correspondence on our behalf.
Your information
We use AI-assisted tools to help track and analyse SEO performance, which involves your website's public content, search rankings and aggregate analytics. We don't feed personal client records or the details from your form submissions into these tools. Where we reference specific project details in a general-purpose AI tool, we anonymise or generalise any identifying information first.
