The complete terms of the $100 website launch offer, in full — what's included, what isn't, hosting limits, and exactly what happens once the promotion ends.

This offer is available to a limited number of first ForgePoint clients. For a one-off fee of $100 NZD, ForgePoint will design and build a landing/display website for the Client, register or configure a domain, provide hosting, and cover basic maintenance free of charge until the promotion end date set out below. This document outlines what's included, what isn't, and the conditions attached.
This promotion covers static, front-end websites only. It does not include:
Any request outside this scope will be quoted separately and is not covered by the $100 promotional price.
Hosting is provided on ForgePoint's hosting account under the platform's free plan, which currently runs on a monthly usage credit system. The free plan includes 300 credits per month, which are drawn down as follows:
ForgePoint will forward any usage notifications received from the hosting platform to the Client as they come in, so there's advance warning before the monthly credit allowance is reached.
If the monthly credit limit is exceeded: the site may be suspended or limited for the remainder of that calendar month under the hosting platform's free plan rules. If the Client wishes to reactivate immediately, ForgePoint will front the cost of upgrading to a usage-based hosting plan as soon as the Client gives the go-ahead, and invoice the Client for that cost. If payment is not made, the site may be taken down for breach of these terms, and the Client's files and any relevant ownership/transfer details will be handed over promptly.
The Client may instead choose to host the site themselves (on their own hosting account or elsewhere). ForgePoint is happy to simply deliver the finished files if this is preferred — see Section 8.
Contact forms are provided via a free-tier form service, which allows up to 250 submissions per month. Submissions beyond this limit are not covered by the $100 promotion and would need to be discussed separately (e.g. upgrading the form plan, or moving to a paid hosting arrangement).
Free hosting and maintenance under this promotion ends 4 January 2027 (the first working day of the year). From this date, continuing to host and maintain the site becomes a paid arrangement (see Section 7).
To avoid any surprises, ForgePoint will reach out ahead of this date as follows:
A one-week transition period is provided after 4 January 2027 during which ForgePoint will continue to assist with retrieving the Client's files and transferring any relevant ownership, before the free hosting arrangement is fully wound down.
If the Client wishes to continue with ForgePoint hosting and maintenance beyond 4 January 2027, this becomes a paid monthly arrangement, tailored to the Client's needs and agreed in advance. Full tier pricing is available on our Hosting & Maintenance Plans page.
Exact pricing will be confirmed with the Client individually before the promotion ends. There is no obligation to continue — the Client is free to take their files and host elsewhere at no cost.
The Client owns their domain, content, and the final website. If the Client chooses to self-host from the outset, ForgePoint will simply deliver the finished files rather than deploying to ForgePoint's own hosting account. On request, or at the end of the promotion, ForgePoint will hand over all relevant files and assist with any ownership transfer needed (e.g. domain, hosting account access).
In exchange for this promotional pricing, we ask the Client to provide a short testimonial and a Google Business review once the site is live, and to allow ForgePoint to use the site as a portfolio piece / case study.
