We believe in being upfront and plain-spoken — no legal jargon, no fine print designed to confuse you. Here's how we handle your information, how we use AI, and the basic terms of working with us.

When you fill out a form on this website (like our contact or enquiry form), we collect the information you provide — typically your name, email address, and whatever details you share about your project or enquiry.
We use this information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've hired us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.
Form submissions are handled through Web3Forms, which sends enquiries straight to our inbox. We don't maintain a separate marketing database. If we haven't heard from you and no project is underway, we periodically clear out old enquiries.
We use Cloudflare Analytics and Google Analytics to understand general website traffic (e.g. how many people visit, which pages are popular). These tools don't collect personally identifiable information about you individually — just aggregate, anonymized usage patterns.
Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), you can ask what information we hold about you and request it be corrected or deleted. Just get in touch and we'll sort it out.
We use AI-assisted tools as part of how we work — it's part of what lets us offer professional results at a small-business-friendly price. Here's exactly how:
AI tools help us put together the first baseline structure of a website. From there, every site is manually reviewed, customized, and refined by hand — nothing goes live without a human doing the real work.
We use AI to help draft things like proposals or policy pages (including this one). The final version is always reviewed and edited by us — never shipped as pure AI output.
Every email, call, and message you send us is read and answered by a human. AI never reads, drafts, or sends your correspondence on our behalf.
If we ever reference project details while using an AI tool (for example, to help draft a proposal), we anonymize or generalize any identifying details first. We don't paste your business's private data or form submissions into AI tools.
This website and its content are provided for general information about our services. While we aim to keep everything accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about completeness and aren't liable for decisions made based solely on this website's content — for anything project-specific, get in touch and we'll confirm the details directly.
Any links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Questions about any of this? Get in touch and we'll walk you through it in plain English.
