Get in touch.

Tell us a little about the board or product you have in mind, or just say hello. We’ll get back to you within one business day.

Most work happens remotely, so where you are rarely gets in the way. If your project involves hands-on hardware, it helps to know where you’re based so logistics can be planned from the start. Hardware projects are welcome from anywhere in New Zealand.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

Form submissions collect your name, email, and any project or enquiry details you provide.

How we use it

For one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to deliver the work you've hired us for. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, and we don't use it for marketing unless you separately opt in.

How it's stored

Form submissions go through Web3Forms straight to our inbox. We don't maintain a separate marketing database, and old enquiries are periodically cleared if no relationship or project is underway.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Analytics and Google Analytics for aggregate traffic. These don't collect personally identifiable information about you individually, just aggregate, anonymised usage patterns.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ), you can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, just contact us.

AI Usage Policy

We use AI-assisted tools as part of how we work. It's part of what lets us offer professional results at a small-business-friendly price.

Design & development support

AI-assisted tools can help us draft documentation, write and review code, explore approaches and troubleshoot problems. Every output is reviewed by a person, and the engineering decisions, checking and final calls stay with us. Nothing is treated as verified or complete until a human has actually checked it.

Documents & policy drafts

AI helps draft proposals and policy pages, including this one. The final version is always reviewed and edited by us, never shipped as pure AI output.

Client communication

Every email, call, and message you send us is read and answered by a human. AI never reads, drafts, or sends your correspondence on our behalf.

Your information

We use AI-assisted tools to help track and analyse SEO performance, which involves your website's public content, search rankings and aggregate analytics. We don't feed personal client records or the details from your form submissions into these tools. Where we reference specific project details in a general-purpose AI tool, we anonymise or generalise any identifying information first.

If you'd like more detail on how AI factors into your specific project, just ask.

Terms & Conditions

Projects & quotes

Electronics work starts with a written quote that sets out the agreed scope, whether that's design only (schematic and PCB design work) or a broader engagement covering prototyping, assembly, testing, firmware or small-batch builds. Work begins once you've accepted the quote in writing.

Your requirements

You supply the requirements for your project, including how the finished hardware is intended to be used. If the scope needs to change, we confirm the change and its effect on cost and timing with you in writing before any additional work begins.

Fabrication, parts & scheduling

PCB fabrication is carried out by external suppliers rather than in-house. By agreement we can manage ordering on your behalf. Supplier, component and shipping lead times can affect the schedule, so we discuss them with you before any order is placed.

Testing & responsibilities

Prototype testing checks the design against the requirements agreed in the quote. It isn't automatic certification of a design or approval for production use. Intended use, the testing a project needs and who is responsible for compliance are discussed and agreed before the project starts.

Deliverables & payment

The quote documents what a project includes, such as schematic and PCB design files, firmware source and a bill of materials where agreed, along with ownership, licensing and any third-party rights. Payment milestones, revisions and cancellation are likewise set out in the project quote rather than assumed from this page.

Existing customers

Website work is closed to new clients, and nothing on this website changes the arrangements of existing customers. Existing hosting, email, domain and support arrangements continue under their current terms.

This website & third-party links

Content on this website is general information about our services, so for anything project-specific, get in touch and we'll confirm the details directly. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Applicable law

These terms and our services are governed by New Zealand law. Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 are not excluded, and nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.

Cookies & Tracking

This site uses limited analytics (Cloudflare Analytics and Google Analytics) to understand traffic patterns. These may use cookies or similar technologies to distinguish visitors. No personally identifiable data is collected through this process, and we don't use tracking for advertising purposes.
