Once we've seen the job and sent a written quote, that's the price — unless you ask us to add extra work once we're on-site, or something is discovered behind a wall that genuinely couldn't be seen beforehand. Either way, we'd talk to you before doing anything that changes the price.
No. Quotes for standard jobs are free. For urgent after-hours callouts, the callout fee is part of the job price, not an extra on top — and we'll tell you what it is before anyone drives out.
Standard jobs are usually booked within a week. Emergency callouts within the Christchurch metro area average a 2-hour response, any time of day.
Yes — every job that requires one gets a Certificate of Compliance or Electrical Safety Certificate, emailed to you the same day the work is finished.
Bank transfer, credit card, or cash. Larger jobs can be split into a deposit and a final payment on completion — just ask when we quote.
